These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Giga138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the website located at giga138.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Giga138 Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information promptly if any details change. Giga138 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify Giga138 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Giga138 reserves the right, but is not obligated, to take action to protect account security upon such notification.

4.4 KYC Verification

Giga138 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bills, or bank statements — prior to processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in access restrictions.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with games or betting markets on the Platform.

• Impersonate any Giga138 employee, representative, or other User.

Any breach of the above prohibitions entitles Giga138 to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit your account balance in whole or in part, without prejudice to any other remedies available to Giga138.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Giga138 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (via FPX and DuitNow), CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. Giga138 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification tier before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• Any active bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement must be completed or forfeited before the Real Money Balance can be withdrawn.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Giga138 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month on dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the User.

Giga138 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable multipliers (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While using a Bonus Balance, the maximum permitted stake per bet or per spin is MYR 500, unless a lower cap is specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceding this cap may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Live sports betting contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated promotional window, or for which the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion), will be automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a single account simultaneously, unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing offseting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner not intended by Giga138. Upon detection of abuse, Giga138 reserves the right to void all bonuses, suspend the account, and retain any winnings derived from abusive activity.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game engine errors, or database failures — any affected game rounds will be voided and stakes refunded to the User's account. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited at Giga138's discretion. Where an account is closed at the User's request and no breach is present, the remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giga138 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by the User based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any third-party service failures, including payment processor outages, internet connectivity issues, or device-specific incompatibilities.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Giga138's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Giga138 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of Giga138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
